We will be accepting applications until a few weeks after the national Nightclub and Bar Convention in Las Vegas March 24th through the 27th where we will also be marketing Dixie Roadhouse for sale. After that, we will narrow down the applicants to 2 to 4 contenders (finalists). We are looking for someone who will be a great steward to the building, and also to the South Cape Entertainment District, the City of Cape Coral, and Southwest Florida in general. Cape Coral has been very good to us and it is critical that the new tenant carries on our tradition of responsible, forward-thinking ownership. 

We will also be prioritizing applications that include the expansion of a rooftop bar and a patio in the front of the building with the goal of having both of these spaces open within 18-24 months. If you are willing to do this expansion, but don't have much experience with construction projects, don't worry - we have that and we can help with that.

In other words - we are looking for individuals and groups who are serious about taking this property to the next level for the benefit of your group as well as everyone else involved. So, before you consider applying, think seriously about what this opportunity will mean to you, your business partners, and your family if you are selected. Don't waste your time (or ours) applying here if that is not your mindset. We are looking for SERIOUS forward-thinking inquiries only.
